Additional Property Attributes

The Mingle Hall is mostly used for storage, but the buildings are heavily used for multiple community purposes. In addition to the city's use of the office during normal business hours and the large room for meetings and BINGO, several entities use the COB for meetings and gatherings, and residents access city services there; the Rec Center and the Store are generally busy with use by the whole community. no evidence of asbestos, PCB, or lead contamination was found The condition and replacement of the Hall have been discussed at city and ITC meetings, and during casual conversations, for many years. Publicly attended city meetings indicate a strong community desire for reliable revenue to support effective city administration and those meetings contributed directly to this plan. Widespread support for a new City Building was affirmed at an annual meeting on December 17, 2023,
