Additional Property Attributes

The Subject Property is an L-shaped parcel of land designated as Latimer County parcel 0000-10-
03N-21E-2-001-00. The Subject Property encompasses approximately 120 acres of hardwood
forest and is partially developed for residences. The Subject Property Location Map and Subject
Property Detail Map are attached as Figures 1 and 2, respectively. Refer to Appendix A for a copy
of the legal description.
The Subject Property is occupied by eighteen residences and a community center/office. The
residences are single-story, single-family dwellings located in the north, center of the property.
Highway 1 divides the Subject Property to the south. Hardwood forest surrounds the residential
area to the west, south and east. The area south of Highway 1 is predominantly forest cover.
