The Site is undeveloped land within a residential area with some commercial properties along N. Kelley Avenue. Site history:

June 2023 - A Phase I ESA was requested on this site to be developed into single-family residences.
July 2023 - The Phase I ESA identified multiple RECs associate with the site.
October 2023 - The Phase II was received 10/5/23. Chemicals of Concern were identified in soil and groundwater. This site has been entered into the OCC Brownfields program.
January 2024 - The OCC Brownfields program issued a Brownfields Certificate of Closure. No contaminants were found above risk-based action levels.
