Additional Property Attributes

The Subject Property consists of one legal parcel occupying approximately 0.43 acres. The Subject Property is currently developed with a 1,136-square-foot commercial building utilized by Grass Lake Lions Club. Historically, the Subject Property was a vacant lot until the late 1950s. The property was a gas station from the early 1960s to the early 1990s. The site was used as a commercial office for a construction company and Uhaul. The Grass Lake Lions Club took occupancy of the Subject Property in 2001.
