Additional Property Attributes

The Subject Property consists of one legal parcel occupying approximately 1.07 acres. The Subject Property is currently developed with a one story, 11,633 square foot, light industrial building, which was constructed c. 1946 with additions constructed in 1960, 1969, and 1987. The building, along with its additions, has historically operated as a tool & die shop from c. 1946 to approximately 2017. Prior to the construction of the building, several residential dwellings and associated auxiliary structures were present on the Subject Property since at least 1907 through the 1960s. At the present time, the Subject Property is not being utilized for any specific purpose. The current owner of the Subject Property is utilizing the building for storage of paper files and new prepackaged air conditioning units.
