Additional Property Attributes

The site is described as an approximately 2.9-acre tract of land consisting of the Stonewood Village Shopping Center and associated parking and landscaped areas located at 7320 Rogers Ave in Fort Smith, Sebastian County, Arkansas. The shopping center contains one (1) approximate 31,248 s.f. strip shopping mall and two (2) detached commercial buildings.
Based on a review of historical information, the site was undeveloped land as early as 1938 through 1976. The strip mall was constructed in the late 1970s and the 1983 aerial photograph indicates the site is developed with the existing strip mall. Two detached commercial buildings have recently been constructed on the southeast portion of the site.
The surrounding properties have historically consisted of undeveloped land and residences since as early as 1938. Commercial development began on all sides of the site in the early 1980s.
