Additional Property Attributes

The subject property is currently used as a fueling station and convenience store. A 3,142-square-foot building is located on the east-central portion of the subject property and is used as a convenience store. The current building existing at the subject property was built in 1998, and the underground storage tanks (UST) present at the subject property were installed in 1998. The subject property came under ownership of Nela Petrol Properties LLC in 2009 and then under the ownership of the current owner, Eazy Way LLC, in 2013. The subject property is currently operated as a fueling station and convenience store, and has been used as a fueling station since 1998.
