Additional Property Attributes

The property is currently developed with a three-story occupied apartment building. The property was historically developed with residential dwellings prior to the construction of the present day building in 1969 which operated as a home and training school in the 1970s, a rehabilitation center from 1980 to 2000, and has operated as apartments since 2001. Given the age of building construction, ACM and LBP may be present. Staining was observed on the concrete floor of the elevator room surrounding the hydraulic oil reservoir, which may contain PCBs based on the age of the elevator. Surrounding properties were historically developed with residential and commercial uses. A clothes cleaner historically operated on the west adjacent property in the 1940s and 1950s and constitutes a REC and VEC based on the potential for unreported spills of drycleaning chemicals.
