Additional Property Attributes

The property is currently developed with one vacant building that historically operated as a filling station and restaurant from its construction in 1951 until the early 1980s. The property has remained vacant since. Evidence of USTs and underground fuel lines were observed on the property. The presence of USTs and historic operation of the property as a filling station constitute RECs and VECs. A filling station was historically operated at 305 E 15th St, 0.023 east of and at a higher topographic elevation to the property and constitutes a VEC and REC. An RBM survey of the building identified ACM. A Phase II ESA including a ground penetrating radar survey identified the presence of USTs west of the site building and petroleum products including benzene present in soil borings around the UST basin and former fuel islands.
