Additional Property Attributes

The Subject Property consists of approximately 0.72 acres of land located at 516 West Hopi Drive (Parcel ID: 109-02-118C) developed with a 1 story building with an attached, fenced yard that is used to storage of materials (bags of wood pellet fuel, firewood, etc.) and an asphalt parking lot. The Subject Property is used by a commercial business (a hardware store). Adjoining properties and the surrounding uses include commercial and residential. We have performed a Phase I ESA in conformance with the scope and limitations of ASTM Practice E1527-21 of 516 West Hopi Drive, Holbrook Arizona, or the "Subject Property". Any exceptions to, or deletions from, this practice are described in Section 2.3 of this report. This assessment has revealed no recognized environmental conditions (RECs) or Controlled RECs (CRECs) in connection with the Subject Property. No further investigation appears to be warranted at this time.
