Additional Property Attributes

The Revolving Loan Fund Committee of NVCOG awarded the City of Shelton a $400,000 subgrant for remedial activities on-site. The project is expected to yield approximately 90+ residential apartment units within Shelton's downtown district. The subaward agreement has been executed by City officials. A contract between Arcadis and the city has been executed. Environmental activities have commenced.
