Additional Property Attributes

The subject property was developed with a commercial structure by 1938. The use of the structure was unknown from at least 1938 until 1965. The subject property was
in use as a gasoline filling station from 1965 until 1992, and may have operated in this manner since at least 1938. The former structure was demolished, and the subject building was constructed between 1969 and 1977 for use as a grocery store and as a gasoline filling station until at least 1992 when the USTs were removed. The subject building was utilized as a Veterans of Foreign Wars meeting hall from at least 1996 until 2022.

The adjoining properties have included agricultural land, as well as various residential and commercial developments since at least 1938.

REC from Phase I included previous use as gas station and known petroleum contaminants on site from past underground storage tank (UST) release.
