Additional Property Attributes

The site is located in the central portion of the area bounded by West Old Highway 66 to the south,
West 3rd Street to the north, and North Adot Lane to the east. The site is approximately 0.5 acre in
size, and is developed as a residential property.
Based on review of historical information, the land containing the site was vacant and undeveloped
in 1953. A small structure was located at the site in 1967. Since at least 1980, the current single
family residence and outbuilding were present. The site residence was reportedly constructed in
1958, but that could refer to the previous structure.
At the time of the site reconnaissance, the site was occupied by a 2,200-square-foot vacant singlefamily
residence and 200-square-foot storage shed. A covered carport was attached to the west side
of the residence. A propane tank and two septic tanks are located on the site; one septic tank is
connected to the kitchen and utility room and the other is connected to the bathroom of the
residence.
