Additional Property Attributes

The property was formerly a filling station. The USTs were removed and a No Further Action Letter for Non-Residential was issued 8.22.2019. Currently being investigated as a site for a daycare facility, so residential levels must be met. Cleanup planning, including risk assessment and activity use limitations and soil management plans being developed to reach residential closure. Vapor Barrier as an engineered barrier as a method to achieve residential closure is being sought.
