Additional Property Attributes

The property is currently developed with one vacant building that historically operated as a filling station and convenience store from the 1950s until the 1970s when it was closed to public use and used to fuel personal vehicles and farming equipment until the late 1980s/early 1990s. The property has since been used for materials storage and is now vacant. Two USTs were reportedly removed from the property in the early 2000s. The historic presence of USTs and operation of the property as a filling station constitute RECs and VECs. Filling stations historically operated on nearby properties at higher topographic elevations to the property and constitute VECs and; therefor, RECs. A regulated building materials survey of the property building identified the presence of ACM and LBP. A Phase 2 including a ground penetrating radar survey and soil sampling did not identify USTs currently present on the property but identified petroleum impacts in one soil boring on the edge of the former UST basin.
