Additional Property Attributes

The property is currently vacant vegetated. The property was developed as early as 1926 with residential structures. By 1954, a retail structure was developed on the property which was later demolished between 1979 and 1985. The property has remained vacant since. The adjacent property to the west historically operated as a filling station and the adjacent property to the east historically operated as a blacksmith, filling station, junkyard, and conducted vehicle repair operations. Phase 2 sampling of surface soils, subsurface soil, and groundwater did not identify the presence of contaminants above state screening levels.
