The Site consists of a parcel containing one residential building. The structure located at 5112
Wells Avenue is approximately 1,900 square feet. The structure is a brick, 2- story residence with
a basement. The building is deteriorated with crumbling and collapsed walls, missing
units, and a collapsed roof. The plan is to stabilize the building for residential development. During the hazardous materials survey, asbestos was found in the caulk of one exterior and LBP was identified in 5 locations. If redevelopment is to occur these contaminants will need to be addressed.
