Additional Property Attributes

The Site consists of a parcel containing one residential building. The structure located at 5114
Page Boulevard is approximately 1,900 square feet. The structure is a brick, 2-story residence
with a basement. The building is deteriorated with crumbling and collapsed walls, missing
window units, and a collapsed roof. This site has been identified for stabilization for future residential development. LBP was found in four sections of the exterior of the property and will need to be addressed during any redevelopment.
