Additional Property Attributes

The subject property is currently not in use. There are two former multi-unit apartment buildings on the subject property. One building is "L"-shaped, approximately 8,000 square feet in size, and is located on the southwest corner of the subject property. The other building is shaped as a number "7," approximately 11,000 square feet in size, and is located on the central portion of the subject property. The buildings nearly abut each other and create a rectangular-shaped courtyard. There is a larger parking area along the eastern boundary and along Farmer Street. A smaller parking area is located along the western boundary and along Locust Street.
Fire insurance maps indicate dwellings were present on the subject property since at least 1892. In addition to the dwellings, a grocery store was depicted on the southeastern corner of the subject property on the fire insurance from at least the years 1913 to 1925 as well.

Tax records indicate the buildings present on subject property were built in 1965, and the historical records reviewed reflect this date as well. The city directories list the subject property as Triple Six Apartments or residential names. Also, University Nurses is listed as the subject property on the city directory dated 1979, and Hillside Manor is listed as the subject property on the city directories dated 1992 and 1995. The surrounding area currently consists of residential and church properties. The
surrounding area formerly consisted of residential properties and retail stores, such as groceries.

This assessment has revealed no evidence of recognized environmental conditions (REC), controlled recognized environmental conditions (CREC), and/or significant data gaps (SDG) in connection with the subject property.
