Additional Property Attributes

Property consists of two tax lots totaling 0.5-acres and owned by Klamath County (obtained via tax foreclosure in 2022). The former Freedom Bros Fuel Co service station operated onsite but has not been active for at least 17 years. Four regulated petroleum USTs are present on the property; installed in 1971 and 1984. The former service station building and dispenser island were demolished by the current owner in June 2023. No releases have been reported; no investigations have been conducted. The county intends to sell the property but future uses are currently unknown.
