Additional Property Attributes

Standard and other historical resources were able to document that the subject property was formerly vacant or residential land until between 1948 and 1952 when the original portion of the current building was constructed with an addition constructed to the southern portion between 1996 and 2006. The property was occupied by Oktibbeha County Health Services in at least 1959, and then occupied by Oktibbeha County Courthouse since at least 2005. Based on information provided by County personnel, the property has only been occupied by health services and County administration.

No Recognized Environmental Conditions (RECs) were identified, but the following Business Environmental Risk was identified:
* PM observed visible water intrusion on the concrete floor within the basement area. The standing water appeared to have dark discoloration, and personnel stated the water intrusion may be from a sewer pipe leak.
