Additional Property Attributes

A Phase II ESA was completed in June 2020. Results of soil gas sampling at the Site indicate that organic compound vapors are present in the soil subsurface, but at levels below commercial screening levels. Therefore, the very low concentrations of volatile organic vapors in the soil at the Site do not present an unacceptable risk to human health and the environment for commercial land use at the Site. Based on the planned commercial use of the Site, no further action is recommended. Future renovations (including abatement and disposal activities) that could disturb the ACM and LBP should be conducted in accordance with applicable local, state, and federal regulations. Remaining building materials (fluorescent light bulbs, electrical ballasts, fire extinguishers, etc.) should be disposed of in accordance with applicable local state, and federal regulations.
