Additional Property Attributes

Phase 1 findings recommends a Limited Phase II ESA to confirm or deny the presence of subsurface impacts to soil and groundwater as a result of the onsite and south adjoining historical drycleaner facilities. The Limited Phase II ESA activities should include soil and groundwater samples for analysis of contaminants of concern (COCs) including volatile organic compounds (VOCs) and total petroleum hydrocarbons (TPHs). Additionally, suspect ACMs were observed during the Site reconnaissance including ceiling tiles, cove base, mastics, drywall systems, caulking and wall textures. Roofing materials are also considered suspect ACMs. Based on the age of the structure, recommend a hazardous materials survey, including lead and asbestos.
