Additional Property Attributes

The Property is an abandoned gas station comprised of approximately .34 acres situated on a commercial piece of land. The building remaining at the property is partially collapsed and not able to be occupied. The City plans to demolish the building and clean up any soil and ground water issues. Phase I investigation revealed 3 remaining USTs on site and a release of a hazardous substance/petroleum has or may have occurred on the property. IA-1 is Out of service UST System with VOCs, TPH, and GRO. IA-2 is Historic Subject Property Operations with VOCs, PAHs, TPH-GRO, ORO, DRO, and lead. 2022: The Property is an abandoned gas station comprised of approximately .34 acres situated on a commercial piece of land. The building remaining at the property is partially collapsed and not able to be occupied. The City plans to demolish the building and clean up any soil and ground water issues. PHASE II: VOCs and TPH exceeded BUSTR closure assessment standards in 8 of 14 samples. VAP direct contact standards for VOCs and TPH were exceeded in 7 of 14 samples.
