Additional Property Attributes

Future Use: Expansion of the restaurant/store next door, and additional parking. This is part of the city's plan to revitalize the New Boston Road corridor.
RECs found in the Phase I ESA:
The Phase I ESA indicated that there were at least two USTs on the Subject Property which had been present since the 1980's.
There was indication of potential undocumented releases.

Supplemental Assessment details:
A geophysical survey was conducted August 2022 to identify the two potential USTs indicated by the Phase I ESA.
Survey method: ground-penetrating radar (GPR)
The GPR detected three distinct anomalies, each of which had inverted hyperbolic signatures indicative of USTs.
Anomaly #1 was interpreted as being located beneath reinforced concrete, which suggests that it may be an additional undocumented UST, likely older, in addition to the two registered USTs.

Phase II ESA - planned for Summer 2024.
