This site was acquired by LRA via tax suit 90 on December 20, 1996. It is zoned F - Neighborhood Commercial and is located in the 4th Ward. This site was a gas station, with two underground storage tanks, from approximately 1935 to 1965, though the exact time period is unknown. It has been vacant since at least 1991. There are no records indicating that the tanks were ever removed..

Adjacent properties were formerly occupied by commercial businesses, such as an automotive salvage yard, a lumber yard, and a paint shop.

Lead in the subsurface soil exceeds the default target level, but is consistent with background conditions for the area. No contaminants of concern were detected in the groundwater above the default target levels. No further investigation is recommended.
