Additional Property Attributes

A Phase I ESA completed in August 2023 per ASTM E1527-21 revealed a recognized environmental condition related to adjacent and nearby land uses south of the subject property that included petroleum storage/handling, auto repair and auto painting. These properties are anticipated to be upgradient to the subject property and offer the potential for migrating petroleum, solvent and metals impacts.
