Additional Property Attributes

The site was historically used for residential, church, and commercial offices. The planned redevelopment includes mixed-use residential and commercial. A Phase I ESA completed in 2023 identified three RECs: 6,000-gallon UST, gasoline station to the north, and nearby property uses (i.e., undertaker, drycleaner, factory, printer, automobile repair, gauge manufacturing. A Phase II ESA was completed under this grant. No contamination was found above actionable levels.
