Additional Property Attributes

The property has been developed since before 1939. Between 1948 and 2012 the property was used for manufacturing. The following RECs were identified in a recent Phase I ESA: past industrial use, historical rail spurs, potential for abandoned USTs. The Phase II ESA revealed volatiles and metals above actionable levels. A supplemental assessment was completed to preliminarily investigate the vapor intrusion pathway for the building. Volatiles were identified in one of the soil gas samples above actionable levels. Engineering controls may be necessary to mitigate the unacceptable exposure. Due care planning is still underway. In addition, a hazardous materials assessment was completed. Some asbestos containing materials and lead bearing paints. Proper precautions will be taken during renovation activities.
