Additional Property Attributes

Based on a review of historical documentation (e.g. aerial photographs), the Property was used for agricultural purposes with a structure on the northeastern portion from at least 1951 until approximately the 1960s; appears undeveloped in the 1970s; was developed with a single-family residence that is visible on the northeastern portion of the Property in the 1980s and 1990s; and appears undeveloped and vacant since the 2000s. Weaver Creek is located directly west and northwest of the Property; it flows from the north to the south. The Property is owned by Vancouver Housing Authority and the anticipated future use is affordable multi-family housing. The Phase I ESA conducted did not identify recognized environmental conditions at the property.
