Additional Property Attributes

Based on a review of historical documentation (e.g., aerial photographs) and records from Clark County Assessor's OpenWeb, the Property was developed with at least three residential structures on the northeast portion and one residential structure on the western portion from at least 1935 until the 1950s. It appears to have been vacant and undeveloped until the current multi-family residential structures were constructed in 1990. The Property is developed with 76 residences in seven multi-family residential structures, a leasing office, pool, and associated garages and carports for parking areas. The Property is currently privately owned; however, an affordable housing authority is interested in purchasing it for reuse as multi-family affordable housing. A representative associated with the Property was not aware of septic systems nor heating oil tanks associated with the current or former residences on the Property. The Phase I ESA conducted did not identify recognized environmental conditions at the property.
