Recommendations: Based on the scope of services, limitations, and conclusions of this assessment, Terracon does not recommend additional investigation at the site. Potential asbestos and lead-based paint containing materials have been visually identified or documented at the site during visual observations. If future renovation and/or demolition activities are planned at the site, a comprehensive asbestos and lead-based paint survey will be required, including laboratory testing of these suspect materials in order to determine the type and percent content of asbestos and lead-based paint. Where asbestos and/or lead-based paint containing materials have been detected by laboratory testing methods, Terracon recommends that a management plan be prepared.
