Additional Property Attributes

Development desires a current assessment so the property can be listed as a certified site with the Missouri Department of Economic Development. The site is to be developed for use as a light industrial park.

The Phase I ESA found no RECs associated with the site. As the site has been historically used for agricultural purposes and has been regularly sprayed with herbicides and pesticides, the normal use of these chemicals is not considered a REC. The report recommends no further investigation.
