Additional Property Attributes

Prooperty is approximately 287 acres and is developed with an approximately 300 square-foot, residential structure and two (2) electric poles. The residential structure was constructed in 2000. The house may have been constructed around 1996 when first development of a structure appeared on the 1996 aerial map in Parcel 3. Disturbed land is observed on the northeast area of the Subject Property that was planned to be a baseball field, but it was not completed. The house was intermittently occupied from 2000 until March 2023 when the occupant passed.

The Property was gifted to the Fort Sill Apache Tribe by Edward Alters.
Future use may include a RV park and solar energy.
