Additional Property Attributes

Historically, the site has been used for residential/agricultural purposes with a natural forest present since the 1960s. Prior site assessments in 1996, 1997 and 2006 have found no recognized environmental conditions. Anticipated future use is a master-planned mixed use park for distribution, light manufacturing, technology, offices, showrooms or warehouses. City hall is receptive of the development of this site. The city is applying for the Missouri Certified Sites Program to encourage investment at this
