Additional Property Attributes

Guadalupe-Saldana Neighborhood Development Corporation (GNDC) plans to purchase this property to redevelop into affordable senior housing. The 8-unit apartment complex was built in the early 1980s. The Phase I ESA was requested as part of due diligence for the property transaction.
The Phase I ESA identified RECs associated with off-site, historical auto & service shops. The applicant chose to investigate these RECs independently to meet property transaction deadlines.
