Additional Property Attributes

This site is owned by the City of St. Louis' Land Reutilization Authority and was historically a gas station. The property is currently being used by St. Margaret of Scotland School as a community garden.

The Phase II ESA was completed to supplement other Phase I and II ESAs done as part of the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act. Underground storage tanks have been removed. The Phase II ESA identified benzene in subsurface soil that exceeds target levels and recommended the site be enrolled in the BVCP to address this contamination.
