Additional Property Attributes

The property has vacant and abandoned for many years and is a victim of thedysfunctional tax sale process. This constant cycle has left it in total disrepair anddemolition is the only path forward. The Nitro Land Reuse Authority currentlyowns the property, plans to abate any asbestos found and demolish the structure asap..
