Additional Property Attributes

The site was unimproved land from at least 1905 until the 1940s. From at least 1949 through 1993, the site was occupied by a gasoline service station. The original square-shaped service station building was located in the northern portion of the site until 1961 and then was replaced by a rectangular-shaped service station building along the eastern site boundary until it was demolished in 1993. Occupants included Charlie Super Service (1952), Allen Park Starter/Generator Service (1957-1963), Allen & Warwick Auto Service (1966-1982), A Plus Auto Service (1983-1987), Superior Auto Care (1988), and Bob's Total Service (1992-1994). Since approximately 1993, the site has been occupied by a paved parking lot.
