Additional Property Attributes

The site was unimproved land from at least 1905 to 1950. In 1950, the western half of the current 1,200 square foot commercial building was constructed in the northwestern portion of the site. The remainder of the site appears to have remained mostly grassy land with some unpaved parking until the 1970s, when these areas were developed as a parking lot. In 1979, an approximately 600 square feet addition was constructed on the eastern side of the original building, creating the current commercial building. The building was remodeled in 1991. The site was occupied by a beauty salon (Devon Beauty Salon) until the late 1970s, appears to have been used as offices for various businesses (C Hollenback Inc., E L Kuester & Co., Superior Brand MT, B Ginny Properties, Perkins & Associates, Allen Park Legal, Ryans Accounting Corp., and Ryans Landscape Company) in the 1980s and 1990s, and has been used as a hair salon (Michael's Hair Salon) since 2000.
