Additional Property Attributes

The property was historically a farmstead/ranch. During the late 19th century and up to WWII, farmers and ranchers would treat cattle or other livestock using dipping vats filled with arsenic for ticks or other parasites. Since this was an old farmstead in rural Oklahoma, it is safe to assume dipping vats may have been in use. There has also been a history of dumped vehicles and trash with associated pollutants in the area. The reuse plan is to promote natural resources and culturally significant plants onsite.
