Additional Property Attributes

The 61 Ottawa Street parcel was first developed in the late 1950s as the Club 61 Cocktail Lounge. This use continued through the mid-1980s. The building was apparently vacant until it was demolished in 2005 or 2006. A portion of 55 Ottawa Street was parking for the lounge and was otherwise vacant land. No development is known to have occurred at the 65 Bank Street property. Currently all of the parcels are vacant land.

No contaminants were detected in the groundwater at concentrations exceeding Part 201 GRCC during the October 2021 Phase II ESA investigation, and there were no VOCs in soil gas samples detected above EGLE VIAP SL; the data demonstrates that the former gas station on the adjacent property did not impact the Subject Property.
