Additional Property Attributes

The former Hall TV repair was donated to a local non-profit after the Phase I assessment. Phase I revealed no RECs, but the age of the building led to concerns of asbestos and lead paint. ACM/LBP survey revealed no asbestos and minimal traces of lead below regulation levels.
