Additional Property Attributes

The Site consists of two parcels of land: the 0.24-acre "West Parcel" (398 Main Street) is vacant land; the 0.34-acre "East Parcel" (376 Main Street) hosts a commercial
building that most recently operated as a Napa Auto Parts store. The two parcels are currently owned by Christopher and Andrea Brown, and collectively make up the "Site". The Site is in a mixed commercial and residential area is West Rutland, VT, and can be accessed via Main Street. The topography of the Site is generally flat.
