Additional Property Attributes

The site contains a 1,000 square-foot residential building on a 0 .74 acre lot.

The adjoining property to the south was a gas station and repair shop. The subject site also was used for storage for the adjoining property.

The Phase II assessment found benzene and TPH-GRO in the subsurface soil and groundwater originating from the adjacent former gasoline station. Lead was found in surface soil above Missouri's Default Target Levels. Gasoline-range organics and BTEXN were found in soil and groundwater at levels above Missouri's non-residential target levels.
