Additional Property Attributes

The property is a 3-acre parcel of land, which appears to have no further redevelopment plans given its extremely rural The surrounding area has historically been a mix of agricultural lands, scattered structures, wooded lands and Churchhouse Lake since at least 1948. Additional information provided through topographic records indicated the east adjoining property operated as a church and a school in 1951 through at least 1975. Aerial photographs indicated the school was no longer apparent in 1985 and the location of the church appears to have changed three times.
