Additional Property Attributes

The site consists of 4.2 acres comprised of Uintah County parcel 05-03-10005. The site is developed with five structures associated with the former Weston Lamplighter Hotel, now in general use as an airbnb. The site was also occupied by a haunted house, a restaurant, barber shop and tattoo shop at the time of the draft Phase I ESA. A historical on-site gas station was identified as a CREC and an adjacent former drycleaner and automotive facilities were identified as a REC. Further assessment was recommended. An updated Phase I ESA was completed in October 2024 in advance of the City's land acquisition. A Phase II ESA and HMS has also been conducted on the property. The reports were completed in April 2025 and reveal a need for cleanup to ensure a protective redevelopment.
