Additional Property Attributes

The site is approximately 0.4 acres of a portion of Davis County parcel number 11-104-0117. The site is developed with an approximately 6,400 square foot structure that is partially vacant or in use for art storage. The site has consisted of the present day structure since 1941 when it was developed as the Kaysville City Hall. The site and surrounding area have been used for an automotive repair shops and gasoline service station prior to the 1940s and a drycleaner was located near the site since the 1980s. The potential exists for impacts to the groundwater and soil.

Sampling revealed lead in soil above residential RSL but below commercial. This property is commercial. No VOCs or soil gas. City will need to manage soil if it is removed in the future. Otherwise, no issues for commercial use.
