Additional Property Attributes

The site is developed with the former Sacramento Fire Department (SFD) Station #15, a vacant single-story former fire station building and asphalt-paved parking area, in its southwestern portion and is undeveloped in its northern and eastern portions. The fire station was built in the late 1970s, was vacated by the SFD in 2019, and it has been vacant since. Prior to being used as a fire station, the site was used as cultivated farmland (both irrigated and dry farmed) from sometime prior to 1937. The site is planned to be reused as a neighborhood garden and art center.
