Additional Property Attributes

The site was developed as agricultural land from at least 1937 through the mid 1960s when the site was developed with a church building and a
parking lot. No significant changes to the site were noted since 1966. At the time of the reconnaissance for the Phase I, the approximate 3.64 -acre site was developed with a church building and a parking lot. The church building consisted of an entry way, a sound studio, two bathrooms, several offices, a baptismal area, a kitchen, several storage areas, and the main sanctuary. The remainder of the site is vacant land. Interior construction materials included carpeting, ceramic floor tiles, painted and textured plaster walls, and plaster ceilings. Interior finishes appeared to be in good condition. The exterior of the buildings consisted of an asphalt parking area on the east side of the building. The areas surrounding the site consist primarily of residential development to the north and east, Meadowview Road and the Sacramento Job Corps Center to the south, and the Tecoy Porter College Prep School to the west.
